These classic One Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies are so delicious and very easy to make. A perfect snack for everyone to enjoy.

Have you been using more than one bowl when making your cookies? Well, this recipe certainly doesn’t. That means fewer utensils to wash. It also means easier to make.

These delicious One Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies are a perfect snack for everyone. Great as on-the-go snacks, too. They’re chewy and crispy at the edges. Also, great for parties or any gatherings, too. Or, just have some of these to snack on during your cozy times (Can you imagine it? A blanket, a good movie and a cookie?! So cozy.).

Oh! And I love them paired with ice cream, too. We just dip them in the ice cream or as a filling for the cookies. They are awesome! Try this Death by Chocolate Ice Cream. But any ice cream will do, of course.

When I travel with the kids, I always bring with us some cookies to munch on. And these One Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of our favorites. I always like to prepare the easier recipes when getting all the other stuff for a trip ready and look for snacks that can be packed lightly when we travel. Perfect cookies.

How to make One Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies

Like I said earlier, these Chocolate Chip Cookies are very easy. You can also prepare the dough ahead of time. Just keep it in the refrigerator and bake them after a few hours or on the next day.

The ingredients for these classic chocolate chip cookies are so easy to find. I’m sure you already have most of them in your kitchen.

Have the butter in room temperature. Or better yet, melt it. If the butter came directly from the refrigerator, it can be melted in microwave oven for about 30-40 seconds.

Salted or unsalted butter will do. You may adjust the salt to your liking. Personally, I use salted butter because I like a little salty flavor to my cookies but that’s me.

You can also use any of your favorite chocolate chips like milk chocolate to dark chocolate.

With this recipe, you can make 24 Chocolate Chip Cookies. But, it also depends on the size you decide to make them. I have a friend that uses an ice cream scoop to scoop the dough onto her baking sheet and she’ll make about 10 cookies, but they’re gloriously large and chewy. So, you do you–and speaking of that, let’s get started!
