Because seriously, who doesn’t love unicorns?! So this summer I’ve been working on finding super fun ways to combine my two obsessions and make delicious ice cream creations for the kids (and me, let’s be honest!) to enjoy all summer long! One of our very favorites have been these unicorn ice cream sandwiches! They ended up absolutely delicious and they only take a few minutes to make! This is an awesome way to make our favorite ice cream sandwiches EVEN BETTER!
These unicorn ice cream sandwiches are sure to be a hit with your kids this summer. Whether you make them for a birthday party or just to brighten your day on a hot summer afternoon, they’re delicious and totally simple to make! My kids loved picking the different colors for the sprinkles and white chocolate to use to make their very special unicorns. It might have helped that they knew they’d be in for a super delicious treat as soon as they were ready!
To make unicorn ice cream sandwiches, all you need is some FatBoy ice cream sandwiches, white chocolate melts, food coloring in fun unicorn-y colors, and tons and tons of sprinkles! Ingredients
- FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches
- White Chocolate Melts
- Food Coloring, Several Bright Colors
- Tons of Bright Sprinkles
Instructions
- Unwrap Several FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches and Place on a Plate
- Melt 1/2 White Chocolate Melts According to Package Directions
- Use Melted White Chocolate to Cover Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Split Melt Chocolate Into As Many Bowls as You Have Food Coloring
- Mix Food Coloring Into Each of the Bowls
- Pour the Colored White Chocolate Over Your Ice Cream Sandwiches in a Fun Design
- Throw on a TON of Super Fun Sprinkles
- Enjoy!
