Road trips…not something you think of as a great family adventure when you’re the engineer, race-car driver, and pit-stop-designator. But, as said engineer–er, mom–you have to take matters in your own hands. Grab the car by the wheel, I suppose. And, that starts at the beginning–getting the kids in the car with a smile…turning that first few moments into a party to get things started RIGHT! That’s where this quick, 3-Ingredient Roadie Milkshake (from scratch), made with yummy FLIPZ® Birthday Cake Covered Pretzels comes in. Pop one of these cold drinks in those little hands and every road trip begins with a bang.
It’s the fun of a road trip that kids will remember. Not the time you spent packing all their 3,000 things. So, to take our road trip from blah to AWESOME-memory they can have with them forever, I make the 3-Ingredient Roadie Milkshake and make sure to include them in the making, even. I know it’s a little extra effort before you hit the road. But it’s actually really fast.
And they’re absolutely wonderful.
To be honest, I make an extra for myself. Heh.

Roadie Milkshake with only 3-Ingredients
3-Ingredient Roadie Milkshake (from scratch)
3-Ingredient Roadie Milkshake (from scratch), made with yummy FLIPZ® Birthday Cake!
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweeten, condensed milk
- 1 cup Birthday Cake Flavored FLIPZ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream for 3-5 mintues or until stiff and fluffy.
- Gently fold-in the sweetened, condensed milk.
- Crush the pretzels a little (or not at all, it's up to you).
- Fold the FLIPZ® in a little.
- Place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes and serve in to-go cups as you head out for your trip!
