(Inside: It’s hard to come up with a ton of ideas for little ole Elfie to do. One of the ideas we’re doing this year is, well, Elf on the Shelf Makes a Snowman Moon Pie. Easy, fun and an excellent treat.)
So, Elfie hasn’t quite made an appearance in our house this year, but I’m already trying to come up with various ideas so that I don’t run out.
I mean, for real, last year, I was struggling by the time we made it to the finish line, and it was sorry.
But this year, I’m trying to stay on top of it, and one of the ideas I’m making sure will work out is: Elf on the Shelf Makes a Snowman Moon Pie.
All I have to do now is add some powdered sugar on the counter, then we’re in business.
For real, this idea for Elf on the Shelf Makes a Snowman Moon Pie is so simple–and the kids can have it as a snack at the end of the day.
I mean, I can even have him only halfway done when they leave for school–then when they get home, he’s all done making it?
I don’t know–this is so simple, there’s so many easy ways to make it a little bit different.
And I could do this idea over and over with things like a reindeer cookie or something similar–doesn’t have to be a moon pie. But that was a great starter idea…
And that’s all I really need, right? Just a starter idea to get my brain working. At 9pm. Every night for 3 weeks.
Yeah. Just an idea.
Why do we do this again?
Oh yeah, because they love it. LOL!
Ok. Now pin this super simple Elf on the Shelf Makes a Snowman Moon Pie so you can totally do it again next year…or make a reindeer cookie or something. Anything.
Just keep the kids entertained, right?!
