Decoupage Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

Thank you for sharing!

I have another project here that I want to share with all of you, guys! I’m so excited! It’s called Decoupage Mason Jar Lid Ornaments.

Decoupage Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

Surely some of you already know what kind of craft decoupage is. To those who have little to no idea (like me,  the first time I heard it), Decoupage is an art of gluing cutout papers or fabrics as a decoration combining with paints and other decorative elements.

We make with these combinations using different surfaces like boxes, wood, glass, and others where you can possibly create your decorations.

Such as what I am going to show you. This project will be perfect for Christmas decorations. We are going to use mason jar lids here. They can go along with Mason Jar Snow Globe.

Of course, you can also create various decorations using this technique. Or just make one for your personal decoration or as a gift to someone.

Let’s make Decoupage Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

For this project, we’ll begin with the supplies mentioned below.

 Supplies:

  • Mason jar lids and matching rings of any size
  • Fabric and/or paper squares

Isn’t it simple? You can even make your kids assist you. However, glue gun may be dangerous for the kids as it is very hot. As well as the scissor which may be very sharp. So be very careful if your kids are still very young.
