Tuna salad is one of my favorite lunch (or light supper) foods, but I won’t eat just any old tuna. I like mayonnaise, egg, pickles, cheese, pecans, celery and celery seed (all the good stuff) in my tuna salad. However, if I get a craving flung upon me, and I just GOT to have some, and I don’t have time for all that boiling and chopping, this is the next best thing. Quick Tuna Salad has just three ingredients, and I can hardly wait until lunchtime!
Ingredients for Quick Tuna Salad
- Tuna, canned
- Dill Pickle Relish
- Mayonnaise
Putting together Quick Tuna Salad
Open and drain the tuna, add a teaspoon or two of dill pickle relish, stir in a couple of tablespoons Mayonnaise. Give it a taste, and if it’s too dry, add a little more Mayo. How simple is that? Also, you can use canned chicken in place of the tuna, if you prefer.
