Ham Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75g) Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup (225g) Diced Ham
- 12 oz. (355ml.) Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 2 cups (440g) Cooked Rice (cooled at least 30 minutes)
- 2 tbsp. (30ml.) Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. (30ml.) Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- In a wok or large skillet, over medium to high heat, heat vegetable oil..
- Toss in bell peppers, cook until tender, 2-3 minutes.
- Add Pineapple, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Now add in the diced ham, heat all the way through.
- Toss in the cooked rice, gently mix into the ham mixture.
- Finally add in the soy sauce, mix well and leave on the heat until rice is heated completely.
