Ham Fried Rice

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75g) Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup (225g) Diced Ham
  • 12 oz. (355ml.) Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 2 cups (440g) Cooked Rice (cooled at least 30 minutes)
  • 2 tbsp. (30ml.) Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. (30ml.) Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. In a wok or large skillet, over medium to high heat, heat vegetable oil..
  2. Toss in bell peppers, cook until tender, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Pineapple, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now add in the diced ham, heat all the way through.
  5. Toss in the cooked rice, gently mix into the ham mixture.
  6. Finally add in the soy sauce, mix well and leave on the heat until rice is heated completely.
