I can’t handle another multi-level menu today.

This is seriously the easiest instant pot chili con carne tacos recipes you will find. Simple, but savory and delicious. And fast, don't forget fast.

Servings: 8
Ingredients
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/3 can corn (with juice)
  • 1 small banana pepper for garnish
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Chop onion into small bits.

  2. Drop the homemade seasoning, ground beef, broth, onion, corn and chili beans into the instant pot and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Fill taco shells with the chili con carne and garnish with banana pepper (slices or whole).

  4. Enjoy!
