Ingredients
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
- 8 taco shells
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 can corn (with juice)
- 1 small banana pepper for garnish
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Chop onion into small bits.
- Drop the homemade seasoning, ground beef, broth, onion, corn and chili beans into the instant pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with the chili con carne and garnish with banana pepper (slices or whole).
