You know you want to wow your little girl or boy in the mornings with breakfast every once in a while.
This is the best way ever!
Tell them that the Last Unicorn visited last night out of the woods.
It stumbled it’s way on into the house using it hooves to unlock the door.
Then boom!
It poop’ed on the counter leaving you something to spread on their toast.
Your kid will either be delighted, grossed-out, or both.
Either way, you’re totally having fun–they’re having fun and we’re all having fun.
All because of Breakfast Unicorn Toast.

You should totally hide a camera because we all want to see their expressions and retorts.
Kids are great.
And sometimes as parents it’s fun to get a little kind jab in there here and there.
Tickle their fantasy’s with all things unicorn and if their not into unicorns then maybe star wars or anything they love–I mean, Galaxy Toast, anyone?
It’s not long before they don’t have the imaginations and freedom.
Childhood really is so fleeting.
Play with them even if they are a part of the joke.
They will see and laugh with you… maybe one day 😉
In all seriousness, they will remember those fun moments.
These will be the stories they tell their friends.
Maybe one day even their own kids.

Ingredients for Breakfast Unicorn Toast
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- Pink food coloring
- Turquoise food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- Yellow food coloring
- 6 to 10 slices of bread
- In a mixer (or with a hand mixer) whip the cream cheese until smooth and light.
- Separate into four bowls. Add two drops of food coloring to each bowl per color. Mix well.
- Toast bread in toaster. Top with a little of each color mixing lightly.
