I get my silly on for breakfast sometimes. And this week, I did my silly up with simple and fast Unicorn Toast. Enjoy
Look, sometimes I just have to get my silly on. Breakfast is the perfect time to do that because, 1) my kids love it, 2) my husband isn’t here to see it, and 3) being silly is a great and positive way to start the day.
My silly this last week?
Unicorn Toast.
Yeah, you read that right–Uni-freaking-corn-Toast.
And it’s only a few simple ingredients to make it. AAAAAaaand it’s super-fast to do, so you’re not spending hours slaving over breakfast while everyone’s tummies are growling.
I call that a win-win-win-win-win. LOL!
And I wasn’t kidding, the kids REALLY did enjoy the Unicorn Toast.
I’m not sure if they would have even tried it if I’d said “Let’s have cream cheese on toast.”
That just sounds boring.
Heck, I’m not sure I’d even be down for that–it’s not even a bagel. Who wants that?!
But Unicorn Toast? Yeah–they were excited (and so was I a little).
Just check out this quick slideshow I made of the making of the Unicorn Toast…it’s so easy, I definitely SHOULD be excited.

And, if it makes you ANY more inclined to make your own Unicorn Toast, you should totally know that I made this dairy-free with dairy-free cream cheese and it worked out perfectly.
