In addition to all the time during the day that I was gifted recently with the kids now both being in school for 2 hours…I have found myself with an evening off.
What is a nice nerdy lady like me to do with an evening of free time????
Man, that’s a tough question to answer.
But since the third installment of Fantastic Beasts isn’t out in the theaters yet, I can’t go see that.
What I can do? Show you How to Make Butterbeer (a Vegan Cocktail) so that I can have an excuse to enjoy one myself while I watch a marathon of the original movies with some Butterbeer Popcorn and Butterbeer Fudge to snack on…bwahahahahaha!
Now, I would like to point out that because this is a rather stout drink, I did split it in two and shared with my husband. So, I’m not the only one here to have tried this concoction.
He really enjoyed learning How to Make Butterbeer (a Vegan Cocktail) and enjoyed drinking it, too, so it’s not super girly or too “sweet” for someone who typically prefers a Guinness.
That’s two-thumbs-up from both of us. Which is 4 thumbs. Which is pretty good, I think.
