General Retailers With Wall Art Collections
General retailers are the usual big box stores like Target, Walmart, and Ikea.
Target
A lot of people go to Target (Target.com) for almost everything. One of the things that make shopping at Target (or any other big box retailers) is that it’s a one-stop shop for almost anything you need. So if you’re buying furniture, you might as well drop by the wall art and decor section to get art prints that match.
Currently, the artwork sizes are fixed. If you like an artwork, you’ll have to live with the size it is offered.
What I love about Target:
- Offers wall art sets, photography prints, poster prints, and canvas art
- Options for different ranges of budget
- Order online and pick it up in-store or get same-day delivery
How to Evaluate an Online Wall Art Seller
There are several ways you can check for the legitimacy of a wall art shop.
- Look for Clear Product and Seller Information
Many of the platforms listed here are marketplaces, the artwork may not come from a single shop but from the third-party artist. The make and shipping arrangements may be different per supplier. - Read Reviews for the Actual Product
Check for Google Reviews and other review platforms like Trustpilot. There are community platforms, too, like Reddit where you can check shopping experience from people on the internet. - Understand Customization and Approval Steps
Before clicking the check out button, always read the product details, customization rules, return/exchange policy, any money back guarantees.
Some only give you 24 hours to check the delivery and raise any concerns for them to entertain your returns, such as The Print Emporium, Contemporary Art Gallery online, Mash Gallery, and Tile Time Online.
