Vegan Muddy Buddy Popcorn

Thank you for sharing!

I’m a huge fan of muddy buddies. Darn things are addictive. But the fact of the matter is that several years ago, due to cross-contamination, we made a decision to go to a full-on no-nut household. I’m also no-dairy. So, that means that muddy buddies are pretty much completely out. Enter this ridiculously awesome alternative: Vegan Muddy Buddy Popcorn. Ok, so there’s no peanut butter, but the nutty taste of the popcorn kind of makes-up for it. And the crunch of the cereal? Totally replaced by…you guessed it, the popcorn. I get it. I’m crazy. But indulge me. This may be the awesome yummy you’ve been looking for.

This popcorn recipe is the perfect vegan alternative to muddy buddies! Dairy-Free and Nut-Free, it's so good...
