Relaxing is what we need in the evening after a hard day’s work and hoping that we sleep well when we want to. This Lavender Hot Cocoa Bomb will definitely do the job.

Lavender Hot Cocoa Bombs

There are days that are really becoming stressful. But, for me, taking my focus away from stress makes me feel much better. Although there are times that we can’t avoid it, remember there’s nothing good coming from it if you keep hanging with your stress.

I don’t want you to stress out and be depressed or get anxious (sorry for the negativities). Let’s relax, enjoy ourselves and make some hot cocoa bombs.

Speaking of relaxing, I believe, lavender can help out. Lavender is a flowering plant in the mint family and is known to have a sweet floral scent and health benefits..

Since the old, old days, lavender has been used to relieve anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, tooth aches, and skin irritations. It is said to even treat cancer, some mental health issues and hair loss.

So… if you know someone with a mental health issue, you know what to give… LOL!

Beside being plant and flowers, lavender are also available in forms of essential oil and tea. Today, let’s add up our Lavender Hot Cocoa Bombs.
