Buttered Steak with BUSH's Savory Beans

The perfect recipe for those crazy hectic weeknights when we all were getting home so late: Buttered Steak paired with BUSH’S Savory Beans.


  • 1.5 lbs Steak
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can BUSH'S Savory Southwest Style Pinto Beans


  1. Cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes.

  2. In a large skillet, place steak cubes, butter, garlic, salt and pepper if desired.

  3. Slice onion and add it to the skillet.

  4. Stir until almost cooked then add the mushrooms.

  5. Remove beans from their can and cook according to the directions on the can in the microwave.

  6. Serve!
