Servings 4

  • 2 Full Turkey Breasts
  • 1 cup salsa any brand, any variety
  • 2 tspn salt
  • 1 tblspn minced garlic
  • 1/2 can soda pop any variety--although I prefer Coca-Cola

  1. In a large plastic zipper bag or a medium bowl, place all of the marinade ingredients (so, everything but the turkey breasts).
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place turkey breasts in the marinade and then place in the refrigerator overnight or for 4 hours--whatever time you have.
  4. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
  5. Remove the turkey breasts from the marinade and place on the grill, flat.
  6. Close the lid and turn the heat down to low.
  7. In about 10 minutes, flip the turkey breasts.
  8. After about 6 minutes, check for doneness by cutting into the center of the turkey breast and seeing if it's white all the way through.
  9. Remove from the grill when the meat is done and serve!
