Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • About 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries and remove stems.
  2. Pop strawberries in a blender or food processor until completely smooth--adding water, if necessary, to keep it from being too thick in the machine.
  3. Scoop the strawberry mush into your popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  4. Place in the freezer for approximately an hour.
  5. Remove popsicles from the freezer.
  6. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of orange juice on the top (really, the bottom, but the popsicle mold--gah, you know what I mean!) of each popsicle.
  7. Place back in the freezer for at least 2 hours to allow the popsicles to fully harden.
  8. Remove popsicles from the freezer and feed to your hot, sweaty kiddos! LOL!
