Quick Beef Stew
I put a pan of cornbread in the oven, and by the time the cornbread is done, this Quick Beef Stew is also ready to eat--my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

cans V-8 Vegetable Juice
In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef, drain, and return to dutch oven.
Add the mixed vegetables and V-8 juice.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are hot.
Serve with crackers or cornbread. This is a really quick way to make a flavorful and healthy dinner!
