Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 1/3 cup carrots; sliced
  • 1 white onion; chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves; minced
  • 4 potatoes; diced
  • 3 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 container beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place onions, carrots, garlic, beef, and potatoes. Toss well.
  2. Add in beef broth and beer. Add in paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Set pressure cooker (instant pot) for 35 minutes. Let pressure release on it's own.
  4. Serve with bread!
