OREO Cheesecake Ball Pumpkin
OREO Cheesecake Ball Pumpkin
Snacks, meet your new fall best friend, the OREO Cheesecake Ball Pumpkin. It's the only dessert dip you'll need for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Because it's awesome.
Ingredients
- 1 family size OREO Cookie
- 1 8 oz tofu-based dairy-free cream cheese
- 1 8 oz dairy-free white chocolate chips
- orange food coloring
Instructions
- Crush the OREO cookies in a plastic baggie.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and crushed OREO cookies.
- Place the OREO cookie mixture into a pumpkin cake form lined in plastic wrap OR, using a sheet of plastic wrap, form the OREO cookie mixture into a ball, then wrap twine around the sheet of plastic wrap to form the lines around the outside of the pumpkin shape.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Removed from refrigerator.
- Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a bowl in 30-second increments until the chocolate chips are smooth.
- Add 3-4 drops of orange food coloring to the melted chocolate.
- Stir chocolate until color is combined completely.
- Pour chocolate over the OREO Cheesecake Ball Pumpkin.
- Refrigerate until serving!
