It’s chocolate, it’s crispy, and it’s Keto! These Gluten-free and Keto Kit Kat Bars are guilt-free sweets I crave.

Kit Kat Bars

These Kit Kat bars are perfect if you are on a Keto Low Carb Diet, or avoiding gluten (which I do because of an allergy in the family…long story, but trust me, I Iove these).

What makes it more fun is these Keto candy bars are so easy to make. You can’t go wrong with chocolate, .

With the chocolate and almond flour, combined with cream cheese, how can you resist these delicious and healthy chocolate bars? Yummy! It’s also cool to include them in a Hot Cocoa Charcuterie Board, too!

They are great snacks for everyone at home or bring them along with you. Just place them in a clean air-tight container.

Kit Kat Bars

This is just such a great snack to have when you’re craving a bit of sweet. It’s not something you’re going to keep in your purse, but if you take a couple in your lunch to work or keep them in the fridge for an afternoon pick-me-up, I’m not telling.

Better than the real thing, these homemade Kit Kat bars are perfect, but don’t forget to bring some tissues to wipe off your chocolate-decorated fingertips! LOL!

What You Need to Make Keto Kit Kat Bars

Just like I said a while ago, making these bars are so simple. Gather your ingredients first:

  • ¾ cup of. Almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter (salted or unsalted will do. I prefer unsalted though)
  • 1 oz. Cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of Swerve confectioners sugar  (or you may use your preferred carb-free sweetener, adjust the measurement)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free baking chips
  • 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil
Ingredients

Once your ingredients are ready, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Combine the almond flour, melted butter, baking powder, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a medium-size mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

Then press the dough into a silicone candy bar mold, filling about 5 sections to the top.

Chocolate bar

Bake the candy bar mixture for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Let the mixture cool completely, and then gently cut each of the candy bar pieces in half lengthwise to get the long, thin shape of a Kit Kat Bar.

Then place the cut cookie bars under the broiler for a minute or two on each side to crisp them up and make them crunchy.

Once the cookie strips are out of the broiler allow them to set in the freezer for about an hour.

In a small microwaveable bowl, mix together the coconut oil and baking chips in a microwave, and  then microwave for 30 seconds at a time until chips are melted and smooth.

Dip the cookie sections into the chocolate mixture, and then remove with a fork to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place them onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.

Once all are dipped, place the kit kat bars into the freezer and allow them to set for 30 minutes.
