Instant Pot Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Thank you for sharing!

I really like using my Instant pot. Ever since I got my instant pot (paid link) (or IP as most people call it) my life in the kitchen is easier. Don’t get me wrong! I love my kitchen and I love cooking. But it makes cooking simpler when I use my IP. Just like when I cook IP Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin.

IP Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin Recipe

This Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin is such a flavorful recipe already. But being cooked in an Instant Pot makes the difference. It’s a lot easier and at the same time, the flavor is still there as you like it to be. Tender, moist, and delicious.

The recipe is so simple and only has a few ingredients which makes it so easy to prepare. If you plan for a dinner with a few more recipes, this Instant Pot Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin is perfect to be included in the meal prep. Great to serve with veggies or even these mashed potatoes.

If you are also on a budget, this recipe fits well as the pork tenderloin isn’t that expensive including the other ingredients which are very basic.

In Keto or Low-Carb Diet? Then, you can have this by all means! Just check the ingredients and you’ll see no carbs in it… or it could be very low. This is because of the garlic and parsley. But hey! It’s fibrous and so the net carb is almost nil.

Cooking Instant Pot Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin Recipe

As I said earlier, this recipe is really easy and simple. To start with, I suggest that it is best to marinade first the meat for 15 to 30 minutes (or even overnight) with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub with butter a few minutes before cooking.

But this is optional of course, That is if you have ample time, you can if you prefer. Although when marinated, this makes the pork tenderloin tastier and more tender. Otherwise, just go ahead with the directions on how to cook without marinating.

By the way, don’t mistake pork tenderloin for pork loin. Although they are both lean, they are different when you compare the size and shape. Pork tenderloin is thin, skinny, and long, while the pork loin is shorter but it is wider and heavier.

Before you go ahead, don’t forget to Pin this into your favorite Instant Pot recipes Pinterest Board. That makes it easier to get back to the recipe. Great to be shared, too.
