If you are a fan of buffalo chicken, as well as taquitos, then, I assure you, you will love this, too. It’s a fun combination that’s just begging to be tried.

What I like most here, besides being so delicious, is that they are very easy to make. As long as you have the ingredients, it will just take a few minutes to toss together and another 10 minutes to bake. You could have these done in less than 20 minutes.

Rocks, right?!

Oh…. And then you bring out your favorite dip, too, like some Rotel Dip or the Jalapeno Ranch Dip. Mmmm…that’s some good football food.

Easy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

What makes the trick to make these taquitos so yummy? The epic combo of cream cheese and cheddar cheese. I love cheese!

Then, there’s this ranch dressing and some buffalo wing sauce. See that? Cheesy, creamy and spicy. So good.

Just imagine all these flavors all mixed together with the shredded chicken all wrapped in tortillas and baked to perfection!

They can be great for parties, too. An easy-to-pick-up-and-dip snack. You can arrange these Buffalo Chicken Taquitos in a large round tray and place your favorite dip or dips in the middle. Yep! Looks good too.

Ingredients

Ingredients to Make Buffalo Chicken Taquitos:

  • 1 8 ounces package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 6 cups shredded chicken (I used boneless skinless thighs.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 fajita sized flour tortillas
  • non-stick spray

Instructions to Make Buffalo Chicken Taquitos:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce together until smooth.

How to make

Add the shredded chicken and cheese and mix well.

Instructions

Place chicken mixture across a flour tortilla and roll up into taquitos.

Place them seam side down on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Repeat until all the tortillas have been used up.

Spray the top of the taquitos with non-stick spray.
