While I’m no expert, having raised two babies led me to find these 102 Foods My Baby Can Eat without Teeth {that aren’t baby food}. No jokes–there’s so many options.

So, I was in the middle of eating lunch with my 10-month old and my toddler and realized, there’s a lot of non-baby food that my kids eat…like pretty much anything I eat, they eat.

And the baby has done so since she was about 8 months old. And I thought I’d share, because I REALLY wish I’d known with my first baby.

So, here’s 102 Foods My Baby Can Eat without Teeth {that aren’t baby food}.

Incidentally, baby Donut also eats paper, carpet fuzz, leaves, and grass. So, she’s not what I’d refer to as a “picky eater”. So, take this all with a grain of salt.

I was totally inspired to write this post and share what’s going on with little Donut’s eating habits by Kate over at Crafts on Sea.

Honestly, I just assumed everyone knew that there’s not really any rules–just doing what’s best for baby.

But then, I started to remember back to my experience with Jelly, my toddler. When we tried to spoon-feed…Oh, the HORROR!

I didn’t eat, she basically didn’t eat, and we were both so frustrated we were both near-tears.

So, I didn’t do that with Jelly. I have literally only fed her by spoon maybe a dozen times.

Yup.

She eats on her own at every meal–except for the 1 bottle a day she gets.

And she really digs applesauce pouches, but so does my toddler.

They’re addictive.

I kind of like them, too.

There’s something wrong with our whole family. Heh.
